For the last couple of months, I’ve been called to create a theme for my practice in 2005. Not so much a theme for me to live and work by, but a theme to attract and motivate all of you, and an umbrella to guide all of my communications and new product development for the year.
Towards the end of 2004, it finally hit me. The SOS Theme for 2005 is…
LEADERSHIP
My big question for you is:
What could you accomplish if you were leading your life vs. simply living your life?
The major challenge I throw down to you is:
Don’t just live your best life. LEAD IT!
My revised mission is:
Empowering women to change their world by stepping into their own leadership abilities.
And note that I intend to be the best example of all of this. I am tired of waiting, and am ready to lead my own darn self to greatness!
So stay tuned, and see where this theme of Leadership takes us this year. I'm out to provoke a whole new group of leaders...could one of them be you?

I've redone the whole thing, based on the theme for 2005. I've also tried to make it easier for you to find what you need, and to let you know about new and exciting things that are coming up. Finally, as I step further into my own leadership shoes, I'm challenging you to do the same.
